Bartending

$65/ hour

  • Bartenders only package with bar kit

  • $65 / hour, per bartender.

  • 1 additional hour is added to all bartender only packages for set up and teardown. This allows the bartenders to be prepared for your event.

  • All bartenders are MAST certified, liquor & liability insured.

Beverage Station

$150

Beverage Station for an event of 4 hours for up to 150 guests, monitored by our bartenders/ event staff

  • Choice of: Iced tea, lemonade, or infused water station.

  • Includes appropriate dispensers

  • Signage, cups, ice, sugar, creamer, and appropriate garnishes i.e. whipped cream, marshmallows, syrups, etc.

Event Staff

 $55 per hour for Lead and $40 per hour for any additional staff member

Sit back and relax when you hire our event staff! Each event will have a lead event staff member that will act as your liaison so you won't have to manage the team.

Event staffing must be consecutive hours and booked at a 4 hour minimum.

 Italian Soda or Hot Beverage Stand

$6 / guest

  • Ingredients to make flavored beverage of choice ( Italian Sodas/ Hot Chocolate/ Coffee/ Apple Cider )

  • All necessary ingredients to create a drink station - Soda water, whipped cream, etc. 

  • 8 Flavored syrups

  • Fresh garnish

  • Cups, lids & cup sleeves, Ice and straws

Additional $2   per guest if Lotus or Red Bull is added to the package

Afternoon Tea Service
Your choice of options:
1. Indulge in our delightful afternoon tea service, perfect for elevating your special occasions such as bridal showers, baby showers, and birthday celebrations We provide all the essential tea items to create a memorable experience for you and your guests. Let us take care of the details while you enjoy the festivities! 
$55 per person/5 person minimum

2. Join us for an enchanting afternoon tea experience led by a certified etiquette graduate from The Laura Windsor Etiquette Academy in London, England. Whether you gather your friends for a delightful class or prefer a personalized one-on-one session, you'll learn the art of enjoying afternoon tea in style. Discover the traditions, flavors, and proper etiquette that make this timeless ritual truly special. Elevate your tea time and create lasting memories with every sip! 
1:1 session - $250
Group $75 per person/5 person minimum

THE FINE PRINT: 
TRAVEL: We love travel and destination events.  We have been fortunate to accompany our clients throughout the US and beyond!  We never charge mileage for local weddings (up to 50 from our home base in Pierce county).  However, at our discretion depending on the location we may opt for a hotel accommodation in leu of mileage. 
+Parking allotment: For any downtown area venue i.e. Seattle, Tacoma, Everett, Olympia; where street parking is metered or paid lots/ valet use are expected. This is a separate fee from the package price.
+Travel estimate will cover: Your needs/ location/ season of the year, Price will be completely dependent on location, peak seasons for that area of the world, our schedule at time of booking, and potential travel expenses for the team. 
+Gas estimate and a 2 night minimum hotel stay at a 2.5/3 Star Hotel- which we book and show receipt of payment for- will be needed. This is a variable cost, due to higher potential seasonal and/or occupation rates. We will discuss this at Booking, if your venue applies and will give you a formal quote.
+Providing a quote/proposal: We will get back to you with a quote as soon as possible. Due to time zones we may need an extra allotted time to produce the quote.
PAYMENT:  We know weddings can be expensive. We want you to have the wedding of your dreams and not sacrifice your personal enjoyment by skipping the most important part "Your Planner".  That's why we accept 25% to secure your date and your team! Then we set up the remainder balance to be paid monthly. See that wasn't painful!  
PRIVACY POLICY:  Your privacy matters to us, and we are committed to keeping your data secure and we will always be transparent.  We will never sell your information - ever! We have systems in place to protect any information you share with us.
