THE FINE PRINT: 
TRAVEL: We love travel and destination events.  We have been fortunate to accompany our clients throughout the US and beyond!  We never charge mileage for local weddings (up to 50 from our home base in Pierce county).  However, at our discretion depending on the location we may opt for a hotel accommodation in leu of mileage. 
+Parking allotment: For any downtown area venue i.e. Seattle, Tacoma, Everett, Olympia; where street parking is metered or paid lots/ valet use are expected. This is a separate fee from the package price.
+Travel estimate will cover: Your needs/ location/ season of the year, Price will be completely dependent on location, peak seasons for that area of the world, our schedule at time of booking, and potential travel expenses for the team. 
+Gas estimate and a 2 night minimum hotel stay at a 2.5/3 Star Hotel- which we book and show receipt of payment for- will be needed. This is a variable cost, due to higher potential seasonal and/or occupation rates. We will discuss this at Booking, if your venue applies and will give you a formal quote.
+Providing a quote/proposal: We will get back to you with a quote as soon as possible. Due to time zones we may need an extra allotted time to produce the quote.
PAYMENT:  We know weddings can be expensive. We want you to have the wedding of your dreams and not sacrifice your personal enjoyment by skipping the most important part "Your Planner".  That's why we accept 25% to secure your date and your team! Then we set up the remainder balance to be paid monthly. See that wasn't painful!  
PRIVACY POLICY:  Your privacy matters to us, and we are committed to keeping your data secure and we will always be transparent.  We will never sell your information - ever! We have systems in place to protect any information you share with us.
